I grew up in a small rural town in East Central Indiana and I have been with Source Medical since 2022. Before joining the team, my background was in customer service and account management in the construction and environmental service industries. In those industries, I had the opportunity to deal with a wide range of personalities and projects and I believe those experiences have set me up for success in the physician recruitment field by giving me the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people. After completing my degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia, I spent the first part of my career in the Logistics industry developing skills which include connecting a product with a person. Now in recruitment I get to utilize those skills and combine them with my love for helping people to connect our clients with providers. With years of experience in the field, I’ve honed my skills in understanding the unique needs of both providers and employers, facilitating matches that lead to fulfilling careers and successful practices.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me on the golf course or watching the Blues and Cardinals. I also cherish spending quality time with my wife and two wonderful children, creating memories and exploring all that life has to offer.
