Molly is a native of St. Louis and went to Missouri State University for her Bachelor’s degree. She began her career in sales and marketing and accidently fell into physician recruiting. It turns out that this industry was the perfect niche for her and she isn’t looking back. Her philosophy of working is to be direct and take out the fluff. With time being of the essence, her relationships appreciate her “not here to waste time” attitude. As far as spare time goes, you can find Molly enjoying the outdoors whether it be running, cycling, or inline skating. In the summer, she enjoys weekends away at the largest lake in Missouri, where you can find her boating, wakeboarding and soaking up the sun.
