Major market problems

1. Urologists, Orthopedic Surgeons and Neurologists are in high demand. The demand for particular specialists and subspecialists changes from year to year.  As the population continues to age, for example, there will be a heightened need for specialists like urologists, orthopedic surgeons and neurologists.  

Jobs for physicians are projected to be rapidly growing from 2012-2018, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.  With an increase of about 21%, this will equate to an additional 100,000+ jobs for physicians and surgeons.

Cold calling is not the most enjoyable task on an individual’s daily plan, but it is a necessary part of successful physician recruiting. Simply blasting mass emails to a few hundred physicians is not going to, in itself, be effective.  Studies have shown that recruiting is most effective when the candidates receive three touches from the recruiter. Any good sales person would tell you that phone conversations are always more effective when compared to a physician reading an email.
